90 hours waiting for customer non-service
I lost the ability to do any bonus assignments and lost all my golden tickets.. over 1500.... Now have been waiting for more than 90 hours for customer non-service to do absolutely nothing about it.....

The customer non-service people are imbeciles who do nothing other than regurgitate whatever is outlined on the EA website on a subject. They are the most useless people I have ever come across in my life..
