90 hours waiting for customer non-service
I lost the ability to do any bonus assignments and lost all my golden tickets.. over 1500.... Now have been waiting for more than 90 hours for customer non-service to do absolutely nothing about it.....

Krishna, Vinay & Binod (customer non-service representatives) have all demonstrated the highest levels of pathetic and ineffectual levels of non-service I have experienced. EA has certainly done well with employing them. I have now waited 118 hours for all of them to do absolutely nothing other than provide useless information to me which does not help me in any way.

Yes, they take a very long time to respond and write a template response. And they can never help. This is the first time I've seen such an ugly level. I send a screenshot with some data, and they tell me that your screenshot shows different data. Now they've been writing for 3 days for me to send a screenshot, but there's no link to attach. Apparently, I need to wait another week
