Why isn't there an Add Friend or Follow button on cities when you visit them?
When I go to Play Games under Players I can't add the city name as a friend or follow.
There are many cities I'd like to Follow or Add, but I don't know the Players ID or name.
So many lovely cities and great ideas, it uses too much RAM to keep screenshots for ideas on my phone....
Is there a way to Add them?

without proper trade headquarters, it is not gonna happen.
because the only way to transfer items to your "real friend" is using same trade center, only not advertise any items in it.
any one to your city through either GTHQ or "follower" function you suggested could access all your items that you wish to give to your "real friends" instead of some strangers.
So, unless dev got some channels to send items between friends privately, it is not a good idea to let stranger access your city.
