ads

i started a city im level 7 i keep hearing people clicking on ads to get gifts but i never get an ad  how do i get the ads to click on them

    @kewago1970  Welcome to the forum! Click the thought bubble with the movie icon, so you can watch ads for the present. You have the ads 5? times a day. Also you can get random present by clicking other thought bubble too. Hope this helps. Happy building!

    i have never gotten the movie icon yet thats why im asking i never see it or get it

    @kewago1970 Hmm Maybe you need to contact the customer support through the in-game. To contact the custmer support; Settings > Help > Contact Us

    What device do you use? I have never had any when using an amazon fire tablet to play, iPhone yes I can get them.
