You can't and EA most likely won't. All your Epic buildings are gone with the last update. You'll need to start over. It'll cost you tons of coin and years to get back to where you were.

But I have one bonus: building population remains like in epic building. But I shouldn't talking about it because EA can remove population too :-)

This is crazy!!!! I loss all that work? I had a lot of buildings! Now I’m missing out on new tokens EVERYDAY you don’t fix this!

I'm facing the same problem. Yesterday, April 5th, I did installed the updates but until now all my epic buildings are still NOT producing any tokens. I don't know whether you can help fix this problem soon.
