All hotspots and how?
A list of hotspots for each region. And how we can upgrade would be excellent please. I was having trouble funding info in wiki for this.

I’m also having difficulty finding out what a hotspot is! I thought that it was upgrading stores so I did that but it still didn’t count as a hotspot. Wasted simoleons & still no closer to finding out lol
Hot spots are buildings in regions you have unlocked. You can find them in categories such as transportation, entertainment, and others. These are built and then upgraded using regional currency.
