It is from the Premium Mayor's Pass and collect Corvin Castle at tier 17. You have to pay for it or submit without it as I did!
This becomes odd, asking for an item that most of the players didn't acquire.
Then the icon should be larger or have the description right next to it.

It's a blatant cash grab 😞They should do it in a nicer way, lower prices or special offers with lower prices will always attract more customers.
They're selling buildings for 5-10 bux - seriously? What will happen if I submit the design without the Corvinus castle, like I did...(?)
