Anthem loot system and other things

Need to fix loot system im playing Grandmaster 2 stronghold and i still get RARE and EPIC items Legendary almost nothing.More strongholds.Fix difficult on Grandmaster 3 it takes 8 minutes to kill 4 normal scars. In Heart of Rage final boss is taking so long to kill im doing 15000+ damage and his health is going nowhere.Need to add system that you can change paint for vinyls. Need to work on game quicker
