If you haven’t already I would recommend you send a ticket to the support team so that they can hopefully fix the resolution issue. Make sure to contact them from in-game so they have information like device, game version, OS, etc.
You can also try and change the resolution yourself by downloading a third party resolution changer (this article here shows multiple ways and apps that let you do it)
