Banished to cheat server?? Unjust if so

I have reached out to EA help through the game but I have still not had a response so am raising here in hope, as for 10 years I have enjoyed this game but this might be the final nail in the coffin following the latest various bugs etc.

2 days ago I logged on to find a message saying I was no longer in my club, and my friends all vanished from my list. After doing some research I found this was most likely because I had been moved to a cheat server where all the war cheaters get put. The thing is, I don't do war, never have. It doesn't interest me.  The most I do with war items is attack the monster and have no greater than level 3 or 4 on any specific attack. So basically, if I was a cheat, I would be the worst cheat there is 😂

I have fully unlocked storage, and have recently finished unlocking all my land available (5th region locked as 10 million is out of my reach unfortunately!). I recently bought my 8th Maxis Manor, but all of these things have come from my longevity in the game and winning contest umpteen times.

Curious to hear if anyone else has encountered this before?

My concern is, if EA are punishing people for being successful, then what is the point at all anymore?

I hope somebody from EA will either eventually come back to my in game raised ticket or respond here
