Blueprint rewards are broken, my SimCash was deducted instead of rewarded.

Once again EA is denying there is an issue…

My balance was 722, I attempted to use Blueprint exchange to purchase 350 SimCash in rewards, and my balance was reduced by 350 to 372 instead of increasing to 1,072.
