Blueprints offer in design challenge

The game used to offer blueprints to buy during the three days in which you could build the city that was just before the last one in the season. This time the game has offered them only fir 24 hours. Why don't developers offer them in the three days left to end season? Even if they were more expensive than before, that would allow us to get what you need to complete the buildings.

In this season I was sending the night city in the last second, waiting for it to become dark, and then the game rejected the sending.

I bought 1000 blueprints when offered, to be able to compensate it. After that there was only the terror city. I had it nearly completed with full requirements, and I only needed 50 blueprints to complete the Venice Carnival... But for personal reasons I was in trouble and I couldn't send it! So for just 50 blueprints I can't have the Venice Carnival. I bought 1000 blueprints for nothing. I've been asking the spanish player service to sell them again the last days of the season. There are still a few hours left, but they didn't send my petition to developers. 

Wouldn't it be good if we could send the design during the whole voting day too? Even if you don't get all the votes you would have got in 24 hours, at least you don't suddenly lose all your work with no blueprint at all!!

Please! Give more flexibility in sending the designs and offer the blueprints when the season is about to end, not before. I have 950 blueprints and no option to get the Venice Carnival!! 😾
