Depuis la mise à jour, impossible de lancer l'application avec bluestacks : j'ai un écran blanc, puis rien ne se passe.
Avez vous sciemment bloqué les utilisateurs d émulateur Android ?

Since the update, I've been unable to launch the app with BlueStacks: I get a white screen, then nothing happens.
Have you deliberately blocked Android emulator users?
I had this issue too.
What I did to fix it, I have uninstalled BlueStacks, done a fresh install with the latest version, and the android version is now Pie, instead of nougat ( I have a feeling it was because of this but still needs testing ).
Also make sure you have your latest video drivers installed as this also might be an issue with white screens on games.
I have reinstalled Simcity on this version and now it works,
