Ha ha yup me too! Had mine a year now and its never done this before 

Mine does the same thing. As of yesterday you can still turn it on but it doesn’t produce any snow. Just looks like the lighting gets brighter when it is toggled on. I spent 20 human dollars to have snow lol. I’m not happy about this
