Building Populations
Is there a difference in the population of maxed out buildings?
Also, is there a difference in the maxed out population of the different buildings in their wealth classifications? Example: Does a maxed out Premium home have the same population as a maxed out Luxury building?
I have a section of my city I call Old Town and I want the older buildings.....and it is hard to get them.
Every residential zone will end up with 1836 population when it's maxed out, before bonuses are taken into account. Tokyo zones will have 2204.
There isn't any difference in population between premium and luxury when they're maxed out.
The best way to get non-luxury buildings is to put some services off into the corner of your map, far enough away so that none of your services touch that area. Then build in there, and once they are maxed out, move them wherever you want.
