Go to the Game Center app on your iPad. Is it listed there? If yes, you can delete and reinstall, no worries. When you reinstall, you will have to play through the tutorial and then you can log in again /link to Game Center.
After you delete the app, do a hard reset. Hold down the home button and power button until the device completely powers off. This fixes most issues. (You can also try that before deleting.) Then reinstall the app. If it won't load when reinstalled and not logged in, then it's a device issue. Post again and I will try to help you with that issue @11146002
- 11 years agoYep. I did the latest iOS update last night after playing sim city then this morning I can't open it. White screen then close. Please find out why and fix it.

I am having a similar problem where the app opens, freezes, then exits out of itself. I have tried deleting the app and doing a hard shut down, but it's still doing this. So, it was suggested that it was a device issue. Any advice on how to fix this? ThanksSo even without being logged into Game Center it won't open? How much storage is left on your device? How many apps are running in the background? For checking for open apps, double click the home button. It will have all the apps that are open. Swipe up to close them. Try loading the game again. Does it load? For storage information, go into settings, then general, then usage, then click manage storage. How much is available? Post back and let me know. If there is a lot of storage left, there is one thing I want you to try. But I need to know how much storage space you have left first and whether that is an issue or not.
Sorry for the late response @popeyee17 .
