Can no longer earn epic points and upgrade buildings

I used to get the option to earn epic points to make speed up tokens on the upgraded buildings but I’m no longer getting this option pop up anyone know why?! Is there a limit to the amount of epic buildings?

    No limit that I am aware of, have well over 150 epic buildings. Remember you only get epic on normal residential buildings, none for Paris, Tokyo, London or the Omega buildings. I suggest you look at type of buildings you have.
