Can someone help me with this BS disaster challenge?

All the disaster challenges require something to rebuild. I just started with it and the last 2 destroyed 3 buildings each. But they were completely rebuilt, when I clicked on the helmet. It's one of the few ways to get keys and be able to build the special things that allow your population to grow and for you to earn more taxes. But I guess if you didn't want to go through that, you could not  take on any more disaster challenges. It's part of the feature of the game. Have you had a disaster challenge before?

Nothing compared to needing 2 donuts and 167 Steel (yes, one-hundred sixty-seven)

My storage is currently 160. I guess it lives up to the name of being a disaster, but it's more impractical and annoying than anything else.

Wouldn't be such a big deal if buying storage upgrade items on the market wasn't so difficult. I have more money than I know what to do with but... yeah we all know how difficult it is to grab items on the market.
