can you fix quest bug that talks about doing the "mayors challange"

good morning EA. I've been having issues for the past month now with a quest on SimCity Buildit for mobile and IOS devices. my problem with it is that the quest tells me to finish a "mayors challenge" I've already done it three times as it shows but it still says I need to complete the last step even though I've done it so I don't think I have issues on my side and its just the game, I'm already level 30 or 31 and I'm still having issues with it, also is there any way I can delete my old city save to put my city I have now in?. I hope this can be fixed for me soon but other then that have a good rest of your day 🙂
