Cannot open chat
When global or in club/friends cities I cannot open chat for more than a couple seconds at first (then not at all after 1st open). This happens on both my Samsung Galaxy S8 and Google Pixel 2 ( 2 separate cities). I've had this happen in the past and usually force stopping the game & clearing cache resolves it but it has been a month now and still not working. I've tried it on & off VPN, different networks, with & without Avast enabled/installed, and the same result. The only thing I haven't tried is reinstalling the game because EA thinks it's fun to make players waste 20 minutes in a tutorial building a new city until they can sync their existing city (I have a few censored words for the person who thought of that lol).
Any ideas?
