I requested a call from EA and they just called. Long story . . . Short Version : Try running the game on a different device.
Ok, I can try that. I will post the results soon.
Problem remains. Installing the game on a different Android device did not resolve the issue. My club members confirmed that my Trade Depot is empty for them. I put items there but all they see is the message "Nothing for sale right now".
The member in our club with this problem reported that support contacted him (finally) - and that they said "they fixed something in his city" - and now he is able to trade with everyone else.

How did your club member contact EA?
How did EA contact your club member?
How long did it take for EA to fix the issue?

@Moofish00 see my post also here in the support forum titled - "Unable to trade with new member in club".
Member used the normal in game method, "Settings" button upper left corner, then "Help" button then "Contact Us", opened a ticket.
User ticket was ignored and auto-closed, User opened a 2nd ticket.
Total time from 1st ticket to resolution was around 10 days, don't have the exact day he opened the first ticket. The original ticket# is listed in my other post in this Support forum, asking @EA_Mai for help escalating the ticket, but did not see any reply from her.
