Cant add friends, can’t receive friends requests

Cant add friends, when I send someone friend request it shows waiting for response but they don’t get the friends reques To accept, and vice versa when the send me the friend request does not comes in my game. Raised support ticket and they suggested me to wait for 7 days and let expire that request and send request again after that and I did same but same issue again and again. I tried few friends but same issue with them all. Only I am getting this error and problem

    @a9c01e4e03051f4b Have you or they not checked to see if there is a little red dot on the Friends icon?
    Do you or they have the maximum of 10 friends that can be had by sharing your code.
    We should be allowed more than 10 in my opinion anyway.
