Cant Demolish my residential buildings?

I know that i can demolish my Residential Buildings By this Method  "To demolish a building, tap and hold the building you’d like to remove, then tap the bulldozer icon that will appear on the right...

No need to bulldoze - just refresh the plans.

    Below the items that you need to upgrade the RZ, there are two arrows in a circle. Tap that, wait 30 minutes (or watch an ad) - new set of items for the upgrade.
