cant upgrade buildings anymore.

Hi people, im playin this game for a while. In the begin everthing gone okay but suddenly improves of my buildings have stoped. I have only one luxe one. Even of the 97% of folk are happy, stil dont...

Haven't played in a while, but apparently whenever I upgrade my res building, says an architect is building new design. Not upgrading the building at all

Hello @stingson0991

Were you refreshing the building plans on the building currently? When you refresh the building plans you must wait 30 minutes before the architect gives you new building plans. After that if you have the required items you can upgrade the buildings.
