Cargo ships and Planes will not cast off/ take off.
When I collect all the goods for the cargo ship or airplane, I press cast off/ take off and nothing happens. This means I cannot collect golden keys or tokyo town upgrades.

Did you ever resolve this @richraider1 ? Sometimes I miss the castoff button and but it looks like I pressed it.
