cartoon character sign in

does anyone else have problem with the cartoon character pop up that says to sign in to game after signing in anyways?

i signed in as normal then i wondered why it took so long because the cartoon character was blocking me in the first place!

then i had to sign in four or five more times!

i think it is a bug and either developers or someone needs to fix it. i spend over 15 minutes trying to sign in most times! gee.
