Change age for Simcity account

Been waiting for 3 months to get this done by zendesk. They are useless. Any other suggestions?

@gpalmateer1 keep waiting or restart a new city with the older age setting I guess... 

That's the puzzling thing about this. My settings for my birthdate are correct. I guess I will keep waiting. I am 59 years old. I have 2 granddaughters over 18. Maybe when my great grandchildren are born I will be old enough.

So you reached to the required city level and population and still can’t access to GTHQ? You can’t also join a club? 

@gpalmateer1  The only way to address this issue is contacting technical support through the in game help section and report the issue. If you did this already, did you receive an auto acknowledgment? If so, forward the acknowledgment back to technical support and explain the situation and request to speak to a supervisor...if not you’ll need to start the process again - give it 3 days then follow up. The key is stay on top of it. Good luck.
