Chat emoticons missing / League names

EA,

Train parts should be added to chat emoticons/icons. Also please add war simoleons to the chat icons/emoticons

Some facial emoticons would be nice too.

(also a suburb is bigger than a town. A suburb is usually also considered a city. The league levels (town & suburb should be switched)
