City Life After "Space" Update - no bridges working!

I updated the game this morning, now my city happiness has dropped to 41% and my population has plummeted. City wide I need services - prior to the update I did not. The cause? Bridges that normal...

    Update to version 1.59.2.133348 this patch puts cities back to normal

My LVL 99 club with 19M pop has lost 7M pop because most services are not met. This,, after the update. Now, i'll have to delete buldings to add services since the requirements have been increased. Thanks EA.  spent 9 years building it and you destroyed  it with an update.

    Why does the water have a white backgrounds everywhere. It looks bad and previously it was fully filled with water now all looks detached. Can we have the previous lakes which did not have those aura around them.
