City Life After "Space" Update - no bridges working!

I updated the game this morning, now my city happiness has dropped to 41% and my population has plummeted. City wide I need services - prior to the update I did not. The cause? Bridges that normal...

I updated my game just now and the population has plummeted and happiness has dropped drastically. Bridges are still not working. What is the point of bridges if I have to put a road next to it?

Any idea when they going to fix this?
