So first off, I love Club Wars! My club is 11-0 and we are having a blast.
However we are currently in a war where the other club has went out of their way not to put any of us under shield. The current score is 75,000 to 75,140. We have all their cities under shield. So am I right (with 10 hrs still left in war) if they choose to not unshield any of their cities they can just set out the last 10 hrs of the war for the win?
If so I could see this becoming a trend and leading to wars where no one attacks in the last several hours. :-(
Unfortunately you are correct - anybody say bubble clock...if you launched an attacked you have X time frame to get out or the damaged is repaired automatically with no war items awarded and the bubble goes away.
