Club Wars

I can’t participate in club wars, I don’t have any cards unlocked and can’t unlock any even though I have the items to. I have tried reinstalling the app but didn’t help.

Ops, I see the problem here: how to get War cards when you can't attack? Let's try to find out what's happening, ok?

Please, go to the Disaster Collection view by pressing on the second button in the right:

Once there you will see a list of the War cards. If you press on the first one, do you get the option to unlock it using some gold keys?

No it does not give me the option to unclock any. Everything is greyed out

Did you play the Club Wars tutorial? Do you remember the day you updated the game to the Club Wars version?

i think that is the problem. I vaguely remember the tutorial but most likely had to turn my phone off during it. Is there any way that can be reset?

Yes, that seems to be the problem, as that card is unlocked during tutorial.

Could you please open a help request ticket from inside the game and share with me the ticket ID?

So i got a response from ea support and it was useless. This is getting frustrating now. I will screencap and post the "response"
