CoM End Time should be different each week to make it more equitable

CoM needs to have rotating end times with each new contest. By having it end at the same time every week, those living in a certain part of the world that is not the middle of the night are always at an advantage. Every week for many weeks now, I go to sleep with the Grand or Big Prize and wake up to find I've been overtaken by someone who lurked in the Small Prize area until about 4am my time and then just cranks out assignment after assignment to take a top prize.

I have woken up at 4am before to ensure that my lead stays solid but this is not any fun and is not sustainable.

Why not advance the end time by 2 or 3 hours each week so that at some point during a season, everyone has a shot of relaxing at home after work and before bedtime to complete CoM? Or at least place CoM players into contests by their geography such that someone on the West Coast of the United States who would have to wake up at 4 in the morning is not matched with a bunch of players from part of Asia where CoM wraps up at an hour of leisure.

I am tired of wasting Golden Tickets and $$$ when I am forced to play on an uneven playing field with players who just happen to live in the ideal part of the world for the end of CoM week in and week out.
