Concentrated solar power plant bug

Hi all,

I gained this power utility and I think the number of buildings it claims to power is wrong. Whenever I use it and get to the limit, I get the not enough power mark, I think it actually powers under what it’s stats claim, I tried it on a few cities and it’s always the same. Has anyone else had this? All roads are connected etc., it’s fine until I reach the top of the requirements as pictured.
