@71e94d2f306dc89f I believe the lower league rewards are not available in Metropolis or Megalopolis leagues since they are easy to obtain. On the other hand, SimCash and Platinum Keys are more difficult and have much fewer ways to obtain them. Many players compete for those so they can afford new buildings and landscapes.
You can always choose to win the Small or Medium prize; check your leaderboard and look at how many points you need to win each one.
