This is so frustrating with the points and I'm thinking of un-installing the game. I played very furious and hard in the megalopolis league, played only highest cards which were several 3000 pts, a couple 2500 and rest was ranging between 1500 and 2000. I played 80 tasks, scored over 101,000 points and someone else beat me. How??? I played Max bet every time and spent a bunch of real money on this to win. I can handle loosing usually but this is flat out BS. I will try to contact EA and ask for a refund of my spent money due to unequal playing field. This is unacceptable
I agree last one I did did not spend much money as I had the items required to do the tasks and was happy to win second place and I used all the 3000 scores given me second was the best I hoped for as I knew the competition is tough but with a given points I noticed that some players given unfair disappointed score given as in my last compertition I was at a disavantage at the beginning of the compertition as the game only handed me only 1800 points then when I got to middle part day 2 the game handed me some 3000 points but as I run out of some of the vu items and since I had 2000 sim cash to use I bought them taking a chance and did the deserters and improved my a ages to 1850 give and take then if the last 5 if I was given more of the 2000 I would of at least made the first 3 not was I had 12 hours to do the last 3 and I saw I was 10 placed not a lot of points in it. I knew if I got say another move up to at least no 3. But the game decided to be really mean to me 😡 As the next point it give me was a measurable 900 pointer. Felt like complaint to EA about it the unfair ness of the points system but I did have a 3 cargo boat delivers worth only 1800 points did that I had to use sim cash to call the cargo boat as I nay had less than 12 hours left in the game that day 5. Then I could not believe it when the game pop me up another low pointer of 900 points I did have on the list a make 20000 simoleons so want for that one and put on sale all my items I wanted to upgraide but I made sure that my helping friend got them as they where on line and where very please to get them. Completed that task but my avenges was going down and wondered if the one ahead had done all their tasks held out no hope. As the next task was only worth 1500 I had no others higher than that only with 2 more task left so did it. Last 2 tasks where slightly better as worth 1800 and last one was 2000 task. Ended up with a small prize in 12th placed. I woul of won the first 3 if the game had given me the 2000 points for the last 5. To me I believe it a kind of like picking out from a lucky dip and trying to find a winning ticket but it turns out it not a winning ticket. Say oh not won this time. Then buy another scratch card it's no matches. That how going to treat this compertition from now on going to get a free scratch card in hope it's a winning score of 3.
The moral of this is, does my game look at back successes and decides I am to block me from winning?
