I'm still crashing when I try to go to my sunny isle region. I have an android and have done everything possible at least 3 times.

Hi guidotheman,
I'm sorry the crashing is still happening when you try to load into Sunny Isle. Could you share what steps you've already tried, and what devices you've completed them on please? Also, is your game showing it's updated to the latest version: 1.69.2
