Creating a support ticket

I was told on chat to open an in game ticket. The instructions say to use help followed by contact us but there is no contact us. How do I open an in game ticket?

Hi @jkg7777, 

Thanks for sharing those images. It looks like they might be taken on a PC. To reach the support team with an in-game ticket, you'd need to open up your game on your phone where you play the game. Could you give that a go, please?

    I asked members if my club and they don't see an option to create a ticket either..

        Thanks.  I did the chat and I'll see what happens.

        What a horrible process to go through. None of the screen match what the help tells you to do.

        All I want is to have them fix my friends list and I have to jump through so many hoops to get support.  One of the worst customer support experiences I've had in a while.
