yes, you should get the reward as soon as you log into the game or within 10 seconds.
if you've never received the reward even though it says you did, I would have to think that you're logging into the store with a different email than what is attached to your city. you might want to check into that. if you have another city somewhere, it's possible that that one has a lot of simcash waiting to pick up.
Thanks, I think you must be right, I have only one game. I need to find out what my player id is in the game. Don’t know where to find that though.
