Daily income

I just started playing SimCity and I’m a bit confused about the daily income. For me it always says I get it in 24 hours and I don’t see the coins ever go up. Is it something I have to collect? If so it hasn’t given me the option to do so.

    Hi @BadgerInTheMoon .

    Yes, you must collect taxes daily from your City Hall.

    The amount of simoleons you earn is based on your Capital City's population and happiness and only collectable in your Capital City.

    You're City Hall looks like this and you must click the spinning coin above the building to collect:

    Edit: You may have to scroll up or down, depending on device, to view the marked building.

    @BadgerInTheMoon ,

    I suggest developing a routine. If you log into the game at the same time each day, you may want to get in the habit of collecting your taxes then and avoid clicking to collect again until the next day at the same time. 

    Later, if you want to become competitive in the Contest of Mayors, you may or may not want to change when you collect your taxes, depending on the assignments you choose.
