Dear: Ea administrator simcity build it

Hello Ea administrators, my name is rey, i think i may have a bug on my app. I cant seem to get anymore E5 trains, they are all closed and they dont refresh open to purchase with the seasonal currency. 

i have got plenty of seasonal currency but i can’t purchase them any more E5 trains no longer maximum 10 trains  and the big main train stations is gone purchased by someone else using my account. 

can you please reverse this and opened the game app so it goes infinity. Re-Purchaseable. 

and i can no longer received the pink epic points when i run the trains anymore on my train station to contribute assignments points. 

please re open my game account dear administratiors.
