1.The winner should be the best or near the best, at least more convincing. Maybe ’professional voters’ could be introduced in the voting system. Each voter's level of ‘expertise’ could be evaluated after the Voting, such as calculating the final score of the designs they chose, which can prevent malicious voting for bad designs.

2.At least as a whole good pictures could get relatively high stars. Now the stars we get looks really random and unreasonable.
