Honestly I thought might be interesting to keep users active when the game starts to get complicated because keeping track of several hours needed for production is not easy; most times increase and more users are discouraged and abandon the game.
I was afraid that the problem could be in the insertion of banner ads (only way to repay my efforts of production), but in the email response there is no explanation so I can only accept their decision.

Andrea needs permission from the people monitoring the permissionrequests address, once the permission is granted Andrea can proceed.

Barry - don't you work for EA? Why can't you prod someone in that department or do a little research to find the answer/documentation Andrea needs?

I'm not going to publish the app without answers and necessary permissions.
What I wrote in my last post was ironic and provocative.
I'm a professional and I would never do, not even carry a spam; I just sent a second time the email with some more details in case the first was passed unnoticed.

This time I hope to have an answer.

Apologies for the delay in response from that email address. Please do not publish until some response is received. A second coaxing email may be in order but please do not "spam" that address with multiple requests.

I'm stunned …. this is an official website of EA for answers!!
Also I have looked for information on the website of EA, I asked and received no answer on this site, I wrote an email to permissionrequests@ea.com (sent on 4 February), but I never received a reply ..... what should I do? ….. should I publish the application and then receive a warning ... or something worse …. It makes no sense ...

Now I'll try to put off the same email to permissionrequest hoping that this time someone answer me.
