Whats the idea with the center ? It doesent Sound like its worth buying
- Approved@fussi- you need to unlock VUs tower in order to collect keys from disasters. The transport ship doesnt generate nearly enough keys to progress. Without keys you wont be able to buy specializations like education buildings after the education HQ is built.

I haven't done any disasters. However, I have a High School and a Public Library, and will get a Community College shortly. Yes, it's slow going but not impossible.
