Does a Nano Factory stop that annoying factory upgrade message?

Surely we're all aware of that annoying pop-up letting us know for the millionth time that we can upgrade our factories by 'dozing the old one (regardless of how many simoleans we actually have).

So my question is to someone who's upgraded to the nanotech factory.

Does it STOP THE MADNESS?

The 50,000 simolean price tag might be worth it...
