Does buying SimCash stop the video advertisements?

I was getting the video advertisements. I noticed that they stopped after I bought some SimCash. Does buying SimCash stop there video advertisements? Is there a certain level when the video advertisements start?

    Will they be allowing us to get free simcash since we already paid for it and we should not also be penalised the chance of having free simcash? They should create a separate mechanism for us.
