So they don't upgrade or anything like that to gain greater coverage area and stuff like that?
Do you mean like a hard hat and you use material to upgrade them? No. Once you built a speciality building, that's it.
Do know that with education, you have to first build a library to unlock the high school. Build the high school to unlock the college, then the college unlocks the university. It's quite the slog to get the top tier building.

- Its not a slog to unlock anything, I've been playing for a little over two months and I've unlocked every spec HQ and every building that requires keys. Im just saying that once you build a certain spec building like a library you should never build another..save your keys and only use them to purchase the next spec in order to unlock the next better one.
