Egyptian Hospital impossible to get without paying real money

The Egyptian hospital is apparently 7000 points. Each mission is 50, each full good milestone is 150. It takes 140 missions to score 7000 points, 116 if you’re lucky enough to get 8 good milestones....

I add: this hospital is essential to get the excavation coins and complete the Pyramid of Giza. A shame... especially because those who compete for these goals are those who have a high level and perhaps already invest several dollars/euros per month in the game (as far as I'm concerned, 6€ every 28 days for the CoM premium pass). I repeat. A shame!
