Empire State Building does not add any population!
I built Empire State Building, but it does not add anything to the population, wich is really an annoying BUG.

It adds population for me just fine. When you drag it away from all of your residences, what is the bonus you're getting from landmarks? Then when you put it back, how many residences does it touch? What is the new landmark bonus?
