Epic building not giving tokens

I've completed three Epic Projects. Two Turtles and a Cheetah. I received all tokens for the first few days after completing them, but a few days ago, instead of a Cheetah token part sitting on top of my Epic building, it now has one of those clipboard icons on (where you get a 'Surprise reward'). When I click it it just says 'Create a Mountain Dreamland' and doesn't say 'Tower of Treasure' or whatever it used to say. I waited a few days to make sure, but I haven't had a token part from this building in a while now (which is annoying to say the least!). And I don't have any Cheetah tokens already so I haven't reached the 5 maximum - that's not the problem here.
